Refund policy
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Please note: Refunds are not allowed for returns, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will process a full refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, process a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (if eligible) and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if a refund is approved. Refunds will only be issued if the product is defective or damaged. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
